Description of the Sales Learnership Job

The Commercial department at Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is hiring, and you could be one of the lucky candidates!
At Mthatha, we have opportunities available for Sales Learnerships, and we are looking for young people who are talented and dynamic.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reporting directly to the Team Leader: Amounts Sold

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

Participants in this program will gain the requisite knowledge and skills to comprehend and acquaint themselves with the fundamental principles of augmenting volume, streamlining the order taking procedure, and establishing, executing, and overseeing merchandising standards for both direct and indirect customers in a designated geographic region.
The acquisition of this knowledge and familiarity will enable learners to successfully achieve the primary goal of the program, which is to provide learners with the necessary skills to comprehend and acquaint themselves with the fundamental principles.
The learners will successfully complete the National Certificate in Marketing, which is a Learnership at NQF Level 4.

Duties and Responsibilities of Key Importance Sales Learnership:

Important Aspects of Marketing
Standards for Retail Merchandising
Important Aspects of Management
Exchange of information

IMPORTANT Qualities and Abilities to Possess

Capability in both analysis and computation.
Confident and outgoing in social situations
Capable of forming relationships that are mutually beneficial
Participant who is also capable of working on their own
Strong in argumentation and persuasion, with the ability to negotiate and exert influence
Willing to adapt and constantly on the lookout for new opportunities to get better
Strong problem-solving skills, a focus on finding solutions, and the ability to be innovative
In addition to being responsible, conscientious, and reliable
Disciplined oneself and being extremely well organized

Capability in the area of planning
A strong ability to work effectively under pressure and to adapt to a demanding working environment are both required.
High levels of energy and motivation

QUALIFICATIONS: Abilities, Experience, and Educational Background

40 percent Pass mark in Grade 12 in Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy.
Two South African Languages were successful passed with 40% score each.
Advantageous to have a Diploma or Degree
Advantages to have a Driver’s License
Must not have completed the same qualification or learning program at another company or organization in the past.

AUTHENTICATION REQUIREMENTS

Citizenship of South Africa is required.
Candidates for Employment Equity status are required.
Must not have held a job in the preceding two years prior to appointment.
Must be between the ages of 18 and 35 to apply.
Candidates need to be willing to commit to participating in the learnership program for a full year.

The general

To be eligible for this qualification, the student must acquire a minimum of 120 credits over the course of the learnership, which lasts for a full year.
