MINIMUM SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
- Grade 12 or equivalent will be preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Packer is required.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written.
- Able to work overtime / weekends in accordance with operational requirements.
- Prior experience in packing within the Production environment will be an added advantage.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF KEY PERFORMANCE AREAKEY PERFORMANCE AREA
- Collect orders from warehouse.
- Pack and unpack boxes.
- Check quality of products to ensure adherence to standards.
- Report deviation from standards to supervisor or team leader.
- Assist in other positions and departments in accordance with operational requirements.
- Ensure achievement of targets in line with quality standards in a highly pressurised environment.
- Adhere to Safety regulations and report any safety irregularities to management.
- Maintain good housekeeping.
