Description of the Job
The Ba-Phalaborwa Communities are hereby invited by Palabora Copper (Pty) Ltd to submit an application for the Work Integrated Learning Opportunity.
Students enrolled in TVET Colleges are the target audience for this opportunity, as they are in need of the necessary work experience to earn their National Diploma.
Candidates who are successful will enter into a Work Integrated Learning contract with Palabora Copper that will last for 18 months.
Opportunities for Work-Integrated Learning are currently being made available in the following fields:

You have to be a citizen of South Africa.
Required to have finished all of the N6 subjects.
You must be between the ages of 18 and 35 and have no prior criminal history.
Documents to be submitted if you are currently unemployed and have never participated in a Work Integrated Learning Opportunity before.

Authenticated copy of the student’s complete academic record
A copy of the matriculation certificate that has been certified.
A copy of an official South African identification document
A letter of verification from the organization
Proof of residential address for Ba-Phalaborwa communities (i.e. Maseke, Lulekani, Makhushane, Namakgale, Benfarm, Selwane, Mashishimale, and Phalaborwa Town) e, g letter from the municipal or tribal authority, certified by a commissioner of oaths e, g letter from the municipal or tribal authority

Due to the fact that this is a training opportunity, Palabora Copper is under no obligation to offer any of the participants a permanent position upon the completion and validation of the program.
