JOB TITLE : PARTS SALESMAN
Position Description
The Main Purpose of the job is to give an expert parts deals administration to both interior and outside clients
This position reports to the Parts Manager.
Work Objectives:
Client contact – Build great connection between the Company and the Customer.
Guarantee zero client grievances.
Get deals request from client.
Fortuitous handling of parts deals.
Arrangement of statements and solicitations.
Guarantee citations, client orders and solicitations are accurately documented consistently.
Putting in critical requests from focal distribution center.
Guarantee the Invoice register is forward-thinking consistently.
Disseminating delay purchase parts to significant clients.
Guarantee parts inventory is forward-thinking consistently.
Screen conveyance and assortment of parts to clients.
Screen picking of client solicitations.
Circle back to V.O.R orders from clients and give criticism.
Helping with stock take methodology when required.
Perform reserve obligations and stay at work longer than required when required.
Accomplish Sales Targets/KPIs.
Aiding all parts activities where mentioned.
Make and keep up with Customer Base.
Day to day circle back to clients.
Acquiring or getting new business where conceivable.
Consistence to ISO 9001 and Safety.
Guarantee the Safety Act and Regulations are complied with.
Capability and Experience:
Grade 12.
PC Literate.
Past involvement with a Parts Retail climate.
A specialized foundation would be a benefit.
