• Ensure systems (e.g. SAP) operational integrity – ensure data captured meets required standards and coordinate maintenance activities
• Assist with the execution of an effective planned maintenance program at the business unit
• Assist in achieving acceptable levels of equipment (availability, reliability, safety, and product quality) at acceptable costs
• Reporting potential bottlenecks to ensure reliable equipment performance
• Prepare, prioritize, and distribute maintenance job cards
• Ensure that only approved policies and procedures are used in Maintenance plans
• Prepare and supply information for the planning and scheduling function conducted by the Maintenance Coordinators
• Monitor compliance with the scheduled maintenance for equipment to agreed standards
• Prepare KPI reports that aid in the analysis of productivity and labour utilization
• Management of operations in the control room
• Conduct quality audits of maintenance feedback information, maintenance schedules and reports to ensure alignment and reliability
• Timely and accurate information
