Prerequisites : NCV level 4/Grade 12 authentication or Similar qualification. Least 01-year experience. Should be PC proficiency. Information on Department of Higher
Instruction command (TVET, CET and Skill Development). Information on DHET arrangements and specialty units. Information on significant regulation, prescripts, arrangements and
methodology. N6 Certificate will be an additional benefit.

Obligations : Receive telephonic calls, messages and station to significant job players. Welcome, get and guide clients to significant units. Give significant data as
required. Work office hardware, for example, a fax machines and printers. Liaise with interior and outside work force. Keep up with phone registry. Keep up with and
control guests register at gathering. Carry out designated roles.
