Reception and Administration Assistant (Grade 6) Communications and Advancement Division Recognizing the significance of diversity in achieving excellence is part of the job description. Principal Objectives To provide professional public relations services to members of the public, visitors, guests, students, and employees in the reception area in addition to general assistance to Divisional Teams; to help guests with headings and references.
The requirements :
Grade 12 or its equivalent (a diploma would be an advantage) and approximately two years of relevant experience, including the following:
Past gathering experience
Past regulatory involvement in a mechanized climate OR certifiable capacity to work with Word, Succeed, Email and the Web.

Compensation per annum (Grade 06):
Annual pensionable base salary: R189 732
Cost to Organization per annum (Around): R272 479
