Sales Associate

About this role

TFG is hiring a full-time Sales Associate for its American Swiss store at Longbeach in the Western Cape. You will help customers find the right products and build excitement around the brand in store.

What you’ll do

• Represent the brand well and give every customer a great in-store experience.
• Find out what each customer needs and suggest the best solution for them.
• Track your own sales against your targets and keep working towards them.
• Sell across the full product range and stay up to date with new fashion and décor trends.
• Look for chances to make new sales, both on the shop floor and with returning customers.
• Help restock shelves and displays so the store is ready for customers at all times.

What you need

• Grade 12 (matric).
• A genuine passion for people and for customer service.
• A strong drive to hit targets and a focus on results.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced store.
• The ability to work on your own and take the initiative.
• A sharp eye for detail.
• Good selling skills and a good sense of style.
