Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the corporate gifts and corporate wear industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth through tailored promotional and branded merchandise solutions for corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the B2B sector, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Understand client branding requirements and propose suitable gift and apparel solutions tailored to their needs.
• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to close deals effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, new products, and competitor activities.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in promotional products, branded merchandise, or corporate apparel.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in sourcing or working with suppliers for custom branded products.
