Job Title: Sales Representative – Used Vehicles

Job Summary:
Motus Ford kroonstad is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team and help us sell high-quality used vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success in the automotive industry and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and guiding them through the sales process to ensure their complete satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
– Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
– Conduct thorough vehicle walk around and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our      used vehicles
– Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle that meets their needs and budget
– Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly sales targets
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
– Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure their satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships
– Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide insights and              recommendations to the sales team

Qualifications:
– Matric Certificate or equivalent; post-secondary education in business or marketing is a plus
– Proven track record of success in automotive sales, with at least 2-3 years of experience
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong negotiation and closing skills
– Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
