The purpose of the job in human resources is to complete and participate in the learnership program for the designated field of expertise.

Key Accountabilities

The year program will offer a hypothetical component adjusted to a NQF Learnership program and commonsense on location work insight to work on the abilities and working environment execution of section level students.
It gives primary abilities in proficiency, numeracy, correspondence, PC and fundamental business standards.
It is reasonable for Grade 12 qualified people to foster fundamental expert abilities.

During the reasonable part Students will offer managerial help to work on the adequacy of administrators and the divisions overall as work status planning.
The hypothetical part will cover:
Business, Business Activities, Client support, Business Bookkeeping, Maths Proficiency, Relational abilities and PC Abilities.

Requirements :

High school Matric or equivalent formal education
Experience: 0 – 2+ important years
