Senior Advisor Education and Training

About this role

Eskom, South Africa’s state-owned electricity utility, is hiring four Senior Advisors in Education and Training. The posts sit in the Tutuka Power Station business unit, near Standerton in Mpumalanga. The role supports training across maintenance, engineering, operating and functional areas.

What you’ll do

• Deliver learning sessions and training interventions.
• Design and update course content.
• Run competency assessments for staff.
• Lead moderation and accreditation work to keep training standards high.
• Manage people within the training function.
• Carry out research to improve how training is done.

What you need

• A B Degree, B Tech, National Higher Diploma or Advanced Diploma at NQF 7 (360 credits) in Human Resources, Social Sciences or Educational Sciences.
• At least 4 years’ experience in learning facilitation, accreditation, moderation, and content design and development.
