What you will require:
Essential Conditions:

  • Grade 10.
  • Applicants who have already earned their National Senior Certificate will be given preference.
  • Excellent communication abilities are included in the list of skills and competencies.
  • Familiarity with the fundamentals of the grain industry.

What will be expected of you in terms of responsibilities:

  • Carry out general cleaning duties in the yard, bins, containers, silo, and building; bunkers also need to be cleaned.
  • Pest control in silo bins, machines, and buildings achieved through contact spraying.
  • Provide assistance with the fumigation of the bins and storage areas.
  • Placing graded screenings in bags, storing them, and keeping an eye on them.
  • The loading and unloading of grain, both in bulk and in bags.
  • Lend a hand with the work related to maintenance.
