Job description
Job purpose:

To supply provider excellence thru efficient purchaser service, point of sale (POS) operational activities and merchandising in shop that leads to a high quality client experience.

Job objectives:

To effectively execute all operational things to do at the factor of sale in a well timed and environment friendly manner.
To preserve excessive levels of accuracy when scanning merchandise and amassing charge for items purchased, including actioning clubcard rewards.

To make sure the protected managing of money at all times.
To proactively promote the Clicks’ clubcard and to sign up new clubcard participants in order to acquire the clubcard participation targets.

To make clients aware of promotions in order to positively affect income and to make sure clients “feel desirable and pay less”.
To supply most reliable patron carrier through acting as a company ambassador, being visible and imparting a pleasant and expert service.

To correctly execute and maintain all merchandising and time-honored housekeeping duties according to store and visual merchandise standards.
To make certain continuity of outstanding service by means of focusing on personal improvement and product knowledge and sharing product records with comfort staff

To guide the Group’s imaginative and prescient to be the customer’s first desire health and beauty retailer by way of living and riding the agency values.
To preserve up to date understanding on products, ranges, promotions and activities in order to furnish the right statistics to clients at all times.

Minimum requirements
Qualifications and Experience:

Essential: Grade 12
Desirable: Maths 50% and English 50% at Grade 12 level
Desirable: Relevant Retail/Business Management qualification
Desirable: client dealing with role inside a retail/FMCG save operations environment

Skills, Abilities and Job Related Knowledge:

Basic math’s calculations
Retail/FMCG background and appreciation of merchandising and promotions principles
Understanding of inventory administration techniques

Knowledge of purchaser provider excellence
