Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
• Give direction, oversight and set an example for the group
• Create and direct colleagues in selling procedures, item information, functional norms, client support and visual promoting principles
• Guarantee store is staffed by concurred staffing plans in view of business requirements
• Make an inviting, motivational, and customized insight for all clients
• Drive sales and turnover by motivating the colleagues to accomplish sales targets
• Guarantee visual marketing norms make a lovely store experience
• Keep a perfect, flawless, and clean and completely recharged sales floor
• Guarantee stock levels, stock misfortunes and shrinkage are actually managed
• Guarantee all items are accurately valued with applicable price stickers and/or signage
• Guarantee that stock take, and cycle count change reports are checked, differences are researched, and stock deficiencies or unbalance stock information is heightened to the Area Director
• Guarantee that retail location and banking systems are stuck to and raise any areas of worry with the Area Supervisor
• Guarantee all store principles and activities strategies and methods are stuck to
• Powerful execution of all functional exercises inside the store
Minimum Requirements
• Matric, grade 12 or equivalent endorsement
• At least two years’ experience managing a small group in a retail location
• An enthusiasm for beauty care products, retail, and client support
• Information on excellence and skincare items
• Solid client assistance direction
• A solid hard working attitude and hands-on attitude
• Sound leadership abilities
• Capacity to work an a flexible timetable to address functional issues
• Capacity to plan staff rota and oversee participation Capacity to design and focus on tasks
• Essential capability with email and Excel
• Great communication abilities
• Capacity to stay cool and charming in pressurized circumstances
• Capacity to stand for long periods of time
• Capacity to demonstrate and promote items
• Capacity to make a buzz in your store that will propel your group and urge clients to return and buy more
