Description of the Job

Create an experience that is warm and inviting, motivational, and individualised for each and every customer.
The members of the team should be motivated and inspired to achieve sales targets in order to drive sales and drive turnover.
Standards for visual merchandising should be ensured.
Build a stunning shopping environment for clients.
You are responsible for ensuring that the stock take and cycle count variance reports are checked, that variances are investigated, and that information regarding stock shortages or unbalanced stock is communicated to the Area Manager.

When it comes to the sales floor, make sure that it is clean, neat, and organized, and that it is completely stocked.
It is imperative that measures are taken to effectively manage stock levels, stock losses, and shrinkage.
Make sure that all of the products have the appropriate prices displayed on the appropriate price stickers and/or signage.

Take the necessary steps to ensure that the procedures for the point of sale and banking are followed, and communicate any areas of concern to the Area Manager.
Make sure that all of the store’s policies and procedures, as well as its standards and best practices, are followed.
Ensure that all of the store’s operational activities are carried out in an efficient manner.

WHAT IS REQUIRED

A certificate that is equivalent to Matriculation or Grade 12
A strong interest in the retail industry, customer service, and cosmetics
A familiarity with cosmetics and skin conditioning products
Excellent focus on providing service to customers
A strong work ethic and a hands-on attitude in addition to the ability to work a flexible schedule in order to meet the requirements of the operation

Proficient knowledge of both Excel and email (basic)
A strong ability to communicate effectively, the capacity to maintain composure and a pleasant demeanor in high-pressure situations, the capacity to stand for extended periods of time, and the capacity to demonstrate and promote products
Possession of the ability to generate excitement within your establishment, which will inspire your staff and encourage customers to return and make additional purchases
