Description of the Stock Controller Job

Under Armour South Africa, a subsidiary of Apollo Brands, is searching for a Stock Controller to join their Planning team on a contract basis for the next six months.
This role’s primary responsibility will be to provide assistance to the team in ensuring that all stock-related movements are accurately processed.

Stores

Make sure that the store orders are checked for accuracy after they have been completed.
Within the systems that are unique to each shop.
Maintain and assist AMs with inter-branch transfers, making sure that accuracy is maintained at all times.
Carry out stocktakes, investigate variances, and work in coordination with stores and AMs to ensure that accurate stock levels are maintained.

The Integration of Systems

Maintain a record of all integrations between ERP, Cargowrite, and POS systems that concern the movement of stock into and out of stores.
Take charge of managing all of the integrations between the POS systems and the ERP system.

Monitoring and reporting of potential problem stores, as well as accuracy checks.
investigating potential errors in the system that could be causing inaccurate results.
