Expected set of responsibilities

PRESENTATION

This position will be based at a site in Postmasburg in the Northern Cape.

DEPICTION/REASON FOR POST

The reason for this position is to gather and convey different products/things as per directions and functional necessities by utilizing a suitable Company vehicle.

Obligations and Responsibilities :

Help with saves assortment from the Stores
Really look at the vehicle consistently as indicated by Company necessities and report deviations to the Stores Controller
Work conveyance vehicle to gather and convey products according to guidance and as per security and working systems

Guarantee the right use and record keeping of assortment and conveyance source reports
Help with cycle and stock counts as indicated by Company approaches and norms or any specially appointed counts
Perform everyday housekeeping exercises as indicated by hierarchical prerequisites

Help with the examination of conveyance vehicles and guarantee conveyance to site as per security systems and authoritative prerequisites
Help with binning and putting away of things as per guidance
Help with raising orders for stores as and when required
Help with printing of significant stores reports as and when required
Help with binning and marking of stock things as and when required

CAPABILITY REQUIREMENTS :
– Grade 12

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

• Past experience as a Driver will be advantageous
• Experience in a stores climate will be profitable
• Forklift permit will be advantageous
• Substantial driver’s permit code B, EB or C1
• All Drivers are expected to finish an Assessment
