Supervisor Power Fashion

About this role

Mr Price Group is looking for a Supervisor for its Power Fashion store in Bloemfontein, Free State. You will help the store manager run the day-to-day operations so that store targets and customer service standards are met.

What you’ll do

• Help drive sales by putting customer experience processes into practice, including markdowns, repricing, promotions and visual standards.
• Work towards store sales targets, including new account and membership targets.
• Coach and mentor store staff, including building their product knowledge, so the team reaches store KPIs.
• Make sure stock is received and unpacked correctly and that the sales floor is restocked.
• Track stock levels through stock counts, stock takes and stock loss action plans to reduce losses.
• Keep the stockroom tidy and meeting housekeeping standards, and help with compliance checks such as store audits, POS reports and health and safety standards.

What you need

• Grade 12 (matric).
• 1 to 2 years’ experience in retail.
• Experience in a supervisory role.
• Sales and service management experience.
• Computer literacy.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of the retail trade.
• Understanding of the brand, customers and products.
