REQUIREMENTS: Matriculation/ Grade 12/ Senior Certificate.

Knowledge:

Batho Pele Principles, Telephone etiquette, Departmental Policies, Knowledge of Switchboard operations. Skills: Communication skills, Listening skills, Judgement, Diplomacy, Identify problems, Interpersonal relationship, Basic literacy.
