TRUWORTHS STORES LEARNERSHIP

Job Description

The learnership will permit individuals to be cross trained making them ready to work on both the deals floor and the service desk, of a retail outlet. Working with clients and stock will be a key focused area. To find success here, you should be focused on learning and completing logbooks; be prepared for evaluations and viewed as skilled as a crossed trained sales consultant.

What we expect from you:

• Work at least 120 hours
• Learn and form knowledge
• Prepare for Assessments
• Help clients with finding merchandise
• Promoting the store as indicated by the MBP principals
• Payments and purchases on the POS system
• Opening new accounts
• Maintaining or controlling stock misfortunes
• Building associations with clients
• Keeping up with client security and safety

Requirements:

• Grade 10
• Passion for fashion and retail
