Learnership Description of the Job

People who participate in the learnership will have the opportunity to receive cross training, which will enable them to work at both the sales floor and the service desk of a retail establishment.
The management of both the stock and the customers will be a primary area of concentration.
In order to be successful in this position, you need to demonstrate a dedication to learning new things and filling out logbooks;
You also need to be prepared for evaluations and demonstrate that you are competent in the role of a crossed-trained sales consultant.

What it is that we anticipate from you

Put in at least 120 hours of work.
Gain and consolidate your knowledge while you get ready for tests.
Help customers locate the items they are looking for.
Organizing the inventory of the store in accordance with the MBP principals
The POS system is used for both payments and purchases.
Establishing brand new accounts
preserving or restraining the decline in stock value
Developing meaningful connections with one’s clientele
ensuring the continued protection and safety of customers

Learnership Requirements

Grade 10
Enthusiasm for clothing and the retail industry
