Requirements

• Level 4 Hospitality.

Post Description

• Orders (compiling and placing orders);
• Stock taking (food and equipment);
• Stock keeping, issuing ingredients;
• Nutrition and menu planning;
• Assisting lecturers with class demonstrations;
• Cooking food for crèche;
• Liaising with suppliers;
• Generating quotations;
• Assist with or planning functions;
• Keeping MSDS in kitchen up to date;
• Ensuring kitchen OHS admin is up to date;
• Supervise students during functions, restaurant days.

• A NEW Z83: Application for Employment Form, effective from 01 January 2021 (those who use the old Z83 will be disqualified), obtainable from any Public Service Department Or from this website when you click on Apply Now below. The form must be accompanied by:
• Original certified copies of academic record (transcript);
• Original certified copies of Matric certificates and Certificates for N4-N6;
• Original certified copy of Identity Document, both sides;
• At least three (3) contactable references, with email addresses;
• Certification should not be older than three (3) months.
