Summary of the Job Advertisement
Candidates who are interested in assisting the Carpenter in his or her day-to-day activities on the depot and districts are encouraged to apply for the position at Randwater.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 or National Senior Certificate (Matriculation) or Equivalent.
Basic Carpentry Experience of working in a similar environment for one to two years
Knowledge of the carpentry field
Capability to perform minor carpentry jobs
The cleaning of the buildings
The equipment, and the workshop
A certificate in carpentry would be an asset in this situation.
A working knowledge of safety procedures and safety protocols
Having a driver’s license would be an additional perk.
