Position Description

In our Commercial department, Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has great possibilities.
We are searching for young, energetic, and bright candidates for Sales Learnership positions within CCBSA.
The selected applicant will report to the Team Leader directly: Sales

KEY PURPOSE

The goal of this program is to provide learners with the knowledge and skills to understand and apply the underlying principles of how to increase volume, facilitate the order taking process, and implement, execute, and monitor merchandising standards for direct and indirect customers within a defined geographical area. Learners will complete the NQF Level 4 Learnership National Certificate: Marketing.

Skills, Experience & Education
QUALIFICATIONS

Grade 12 Math or Mathematics Literacy passed with a 40%.
Two South African languages passed with 40%.
A diploma/degree is beneficiary.
A driver’s license is beneficiary.
Must not have completed the same qualification/learning experience at another firm or organization.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Must be a South African national.
Must be a candidate for Employment Equity.
Candidates must have been jobless at the time of appointment and be between the ages of 18 and 35.
Candidates must be prepared to commit to a 12-month learnership program.
General
A student beginning this Qualification must gain a minimum of 120 credits to qualify for the Qualification; this learnership lasts 12 months.
