General Worker Requirements Bare Minimums

• Matric
• In good physical health
• Trustworthy
• Carry out your work in a safe manner, which means ensuring that all safety requirements are met;
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Complete absence of prior convictions
• You are required to have your own means of getting to and from work.
• Capability of working with heavy machinery
• Capability of standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting on a regular basis while on the job.
• It is required that you have excellent organizational skills.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with others and strong communication skills
• Capacity for self-motivation and the ability to determine and carry out required responsibilities in the absence of direct supervision

General Worker Duties and Obligations

• Capable of carrying out any and all reasonable instructions given by the Supervisor
• Taking care of the environment
• Housekeeping and maintenance in general
• Immediately inform the management of the building of any necessary repairs.
