Job Advert Summary
Clover is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic VisitorCentre Host to welcome guests and create positive first impression. The individual must have positive attitude, the willingness to assist/help and must have excellent customer service skills. This role will report into Clover’s Head Office but be based at our Clayville branch.
The success candidate will be besponsible for creating engaging, audience-relevant tour content; showcasing Clover products through immersive demonstrations; maintaining a safe and welcoming environment; and strengthening relationships with internal and external stakeholders through seamless coordination, proactive communication, and consistent service excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree
- Relevant experience in applying job-related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level.
- Experience in working with senior management.
- People management experience
- Business English: Fluent
- Computer literacy (Intermediate)
Duties and Responsibilities
Tour Management & Facilitation.
- Develop, update, and refine tour content to ensure accurate and engaging representation of Clover SA’s operations, history, and products.
- Conduct guided tours for various audiences, including schools, corporate groups, industry professionals, and the general public.
- Adapt tour delivery to different target audiences, ensuring relevance and engagement.
Booking System & Visitor Coordination.
- Oversee the booking system to manage visitor reservations, ensuring efficient scheduling and seamless coordination.
- Maintain records of tour attendance and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Communicate with visitors in advance to confirm bookings and share pre-visit guidelines.
Product Demonstration & Engagement
- Organise and conduct product wet demos, tastings, and brand exposure sessions.
- Ensure the correct preparation and presentation of Clover SA products during demonstrations.
- Gather visitor feedback on tastings and demos to inform brand positioning and marketing strategies.
Operational Excellence & Visitor Experience.
- Uphold safety and quality standards in the Visitor Centre and demonstration areas.
- Assist in maintaining the physical setup of the Centre, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Support special events or campaigns to enhance visitor engagement.
Stakeholder Engagement & Satisfaction
- Maintain scheduling accuracy for internal and external bookings, ensuring smooth collaboration with departments and external partners.
- Ensure 100% response rate to stakeholder inquiries within 24 hours for booking confirmations, adjustments, and special requests.
- Facilitate quarterly knowledge-sharing sessions with marketing, sales, and operational teams to refine messaging and enhance visitor experiences.
