Minimum Qualifications:
- Grade 10 or ABET level 3 is preferred.
- 1 year significant cleaning experience.
- Fundamental PC education
- Fundamental information on stock attaching
Essential Obligations
- Visit all bathing and shower room two times day to day for cleaning, guarantee the arrangement of adequate cleanser, bathroom tissues, hand rolls, deodorizers and SHE bundle.
- Inform the supervisor of any misconduct, building damage, or furniture removal.
- Clear cleared regions around and outside building room, studios, plantrooms, generator room and ablutions.
- Sweep and clean the parking area platforms and building entrance.
- Ensure daily dustbin service and cleaning of conference room entrances and interiors.
- Picking up papers, dirt, and other items from the garden and ground • Using cleaning chemicals in accordance with the directions.
- Handrail and staircase cleaning
- Cleaning microwaves, refrigerators, and 3m-high windows inside.
- Walls being wrapped.
- Brass is used for door handle cleaning.
- Open floor plan and office vacuum
- When requested, assist with furniture relocation.
- Prepare a refuse bag for the service provider to pick up.
- Dusting of the desk, cupboard, chairs, and other office and open-plan furniture.
- Weekly cleaning of the management parking, solar panels, and roof.
