Presentation

To convey administration excellence through effective client support, retail location (POS) functional exercises, and in-store marketing that results in a positive customer experience.

Work Objectives: Expected set of responsibilities

To carry out all functional exercises at the retail location in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain high levels of precision while inspecting product and collecting payment for purchased items, including actioning clubcard rewards.

To consistently ensure the safe handling of money.
To proactively advance the Clicks’ clubcard and select new clubcard members in order to meet the clubcard cooperation targets.

To make clients aware of advancements in order to strongly influence sales and ensure clients “feel significantly better and save money.”
To provide exceptional client service by acting as a brand representative, standing out, and providing knowledgeable and proficient assistance.
To execute and maintain all promoting and general housekeeping obligations in accordance with store and visual product principles.

To support the Group’s vision of becoming the client’s preferred wellness and beauty retailer by living and driving the organization’s values.
Maintain up-to-date information on products, destinations, advancements, and events in order to provide accurate information to clients on a consistent basis.

Information:

Computations in basic mathematics
Retail/FMCG foundation, as well as understanding of marketing and advancement standards
Understanding of stock administration methodology

Minimum specifications
Experience:
Experience in a customer-facing role within a retail/FMCG store operations environment is preferred.

Education:

Grade 12 is required.
Desirable: 50% in Math and in English (Grade 12/Matric).
