Job Title: Sales Representative – Used Vehicles

Location: Bryanston

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Sales Representative for pre-owned vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:
– Generate leads and identify potential customers by networking, cold calling, and attending industry events
– Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our new vehicles
– Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, pricing, and financing options
– Negotiate sales agreements and close deals with customers
– Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships
– Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
– Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Strong customer service orientation
– Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
– Results-driven with a track record of exceeding sales targets
– Knowledge of automotive technology and trends
– Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
– High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
