Job Posting
The goal of this P27 position is to provide an exceptional customer shopping experience through stock replenishment, merchandising, housekeeping, and efficient transaction processing at till points.

Capabilities
• Grade 12 or similar/equivalent qualification

Principal Responsibilities

1. Provide outstanding customer service to give customers an exceptional shopping experience
– Assist customers in locating the merchandise and items that they are looking for
– Handle client inquiries/objections

– Housekeeping
– Staying up with the latest with advancements

2. Clerk responsibilities
– Process money and card installments
– Process Lay Bys
– Follow up on client discounts
– Report inconsistencies and issues to manager
– Till adjusting

3. Merchandising
– Ensure stock is properly priced and displayed
– Ensure product availability on the sales floor
– Housekeeping
– Keeping up with promotions

4. Risk
– Ensure that products are tagged in accordance with company policy
– Take part in stock takes
– Keep an eye out for shoplifters and fraudulent activities and report any suspicious behavior to Management
