We are seeking young, talented, and dynamic individuals for Sales Learnership positions in Mthatha.
The successful applicant will report to the Team Leader directly: Sales
KEY PURPOSE
This program is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to grow volume, facilitate the order taking process, and implement, execute, and monitor merchandising standards for direct and indirect customers within a specified geographical area. Learners will complete the NQF Level 4 National Certificate in Marketing Learnership.
Principal Duties & Obligations LEARNERSHIP:

40% in Grade 12 for the following subjects :
Mathematics and Mathematics Literacy with passing grade Grade 12
Two South African Languages achieved a 40% pass rate in Matric.
Diploma/Degree
Driver’s Permit
Must not have completed the same qualification/training with another business or organization.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Citizen of South Africa is required.
Must be eligible for Employment Equity
Candidates must be willing to commit to a 12-month learnership program and be unemployed at the time of application.

KEY PURPOSE
This qualification will equip learners with a solid foundational understanding of logistics and warehouse fundamentals, as well as an appreciation for maintaining and enhancing the level and quality of service expected by customers.
Students will earn the National Certificate in Freight Handling (NQF 3)
Learnership Principal Duties & Obligations :
The student will encounter:
A comprehensive theoretical and practical foundation in Freight Handling.

Receiving merchandise at the warehouse
Maintaining inventory levels
Safe shipment of inventory to customers
Legal requirement, organization policies and procedures pertaining to the transport of goods
Administrative functions associated with inventory receipt and shipment
The packing of inventory in strategically selected areas
Stocktaking The financial impact of inventory on the business
Stock selection, packaging, and movement with the aim of minimizing damages
Inventory circulation in the DC/Warehouse
The recording of stock movement on the inventory control system
Legislation governing Occupational Health and Safety and applicable workplace safety procedures
Internal and external housekeeping standards maintenance
Customer service and satisfaction level maintenance
