We are seeking young, talented, and dynamic individuals for Sales Learnership positions in Mthatha.
The successful applicant will report to the Team Leader directly: Sales

KEY PURPOSE

This program is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to grow volume, facilitate the order taking process, and implement, execute, and monitor merchandising standards for direct and indirect customers within a specified geographical area. Learners will complete the NQF Level 4 National Certificate in Marketing Learnership.

Principal Duties & Obligations LEARNERSHIP:

Citizen of South Africa is required.
Must be eligible for Employment Equity

We are seeking nimble, young, talented individuals for Warehouse Learnership positions in various CCBSA regions.
The successful candidate will directly report to the Training Controller / Warehouse Team Leader.

KEY PURPOSE

This qualification will equip learners with a solid foundational understanding of logistics and warehouse fundamentals, as well as an appreciation for maintaining and enhancing the level and quality of service expected by customers.
Students will earn the National Certificate in Freight Handling (NQF 3)

Learnership Principal Duties & Obligations :

The student will encounter:

A comprehensive theoretical and practical foundation in Freight Handling.
The capacity to collaborate with others more effectively.
The abilities required to maintain and improve the level of service and quality of service that customers expect.
A comprehension and awareness of the key business principles that drive transformation, transferability, economic growth, and social development in the freight handling industry.

Receiving merchandise at the warehouse

Maintaining inventory levels
Safe shipment of inventory to customers

Stocktaking The financial impact of inventory on the business

Stock selection, packaging, and movement with the aim of minimizing damages
Inventory circulation in the DC/Warehouse

Legislation governing Occupational Health and Safety and applicable workplace safety procedures
Internal and external housekeeping standards maintenance
Customer service and satisfaction level maintenance
