Branch Manager

About this role

Atlas Finance is hiring a Branch Manager for its branch in Frankfort, Free State. The role helps customers apply for credit loans and makes sure every application follows the lending rules and company policy.

What you’ll do

• Hit your monthly loan sales targets by promoting credit loans and helping customers through the application.
• Meet monthly collections targets by following company procedures and following up on customers’ loan instalments.
• Keep customer and branch records accurate and up to date.
• Keep the branch clean, tidy and well run.
• Give every internal and external customer a professional and friendly service.

What you need

• Grade 12 (minimum).
• Certificate or Diploma in Micro Lending Frontline Service (NQF L3).
• Two years’ experience in the micro finance industry.
• Mathematical Literacy.

Is this job for you?

This role suits someone who has already worked in micro finance and enjoys targets, customer contact and keeping records in order. You should be comfortable managing both sales and collections in a busy branch.
