About this role

Atlas Finance is looking for a Consultant to work at its branch in Frankfort, Free State. The role supports clients who want to apply for credit loans, and makes sure each application meets the company’s credit and regulatory rules.

What you’ll do

• Meet monthly loan application sales targets by promoting credit loans and helping customers through the process.
• Meet monthly collections targets by following company procedures and following up on customers’ loan instalments.
• Keep customer and branch records accurate and up to date.
• Keep the branch clean, tidy and well kept.
• Give every internal and external customer a professional and friendly service.

What you need

• Grade 12 (minimum).
• Certificate or Diploma in Micro Lending Frontline Service (NQF Level 3).
• Two years’ experience in the micro finance industry.
• Mathematical Literacy.

Is this job for you?
