Call Centre Agent

About this role

The Unlimited Group is hiring several call centre agents for its office in Umhlanga, Durban. Because the business is expanding, these roles are open now. You would work an afternoon and evening nightshift from 3PM to 8PM, focused on telesales.

What you’ll do

• Meet and go beyond the sales targets the business sets for you.
• Give every customer a professional and polite service so their journey with the company feels good.
• Follow all compliance procedures and company standards on every call.
• Use your sales skills to spot and make the most of business opportunities.
• Work towards your personal targets in a fast-paced environment.

What you need

• At least 1 year of telesales experience (required).
• NQF Level 4 or higher (required).
• Excellent communication skills (required).
• A hardworking, passionate and self-motivated attitude (required).
• An outgoing, friendly and confident personality (required).
• A valid South African identity document (required).
