• Accurate, on time payment of Vendors.

• Proactively manage vendor accounts and follow up on any possible risks/problems identified.

• Management of the age analysis.

• Ensure that the Cheque Register are in reconciled to the ledger accounts

• All SAP, Administrative and related requirements within the Barloworld Transport division.

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• Grade 12

• Basic Numeracy skills

• Good analytical skills

• Attention to detail

• Accuracy

• Time management.

• Sound communication skills

• Attention to detail

• SAP

• 1-2 years’ experience
