Job Description

To provide a high level of service across the different Insurance Products types through various communication channels to Standard Bank Customers, SBIB Provincial Offices, SBSA Branches, Underwriters and Brokers by resolving insurance queries across the various Insurance Products as per the multi-skilling Journey. Act as a subject matter expert on at least 1 Insurance Product as a skill and the other Insurance Products under supervision.

Qualifications

  • Matric/Diploma or Degree.
  • Field of StudyFinance and Accounting.
  • Fais accredited – Not Negotiable.

Experience Required

  • The role requires an individual with minimum of 2 – 5 years insurance industry experience.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years call centre/telephone experience would be required as a minimum.
  • Insurance product knowledge of at least 1 product for an Insurance Consultant Level 1.
