Sappi Ngodwana Mill requires a Crane Driver to work a fixed or making a trip crane to lift, move, position, and reposition loads.
This job reports to the Rigging Foreman
The fundamental obligations of this occupation are:
Perform day to day wellbeing checks to guarantee all lifting hardware and vehicles is in safe working condition.
Work the versatile crane and move materials to different areas in a protected and compelling way.
Comply with the heap diagrams and maker rules for the lifting gear and vehicles consistently
Review, clean, and perform administrator level support on gear as per organization and makers guidelines.
Comply with all connected wellbeing guidelines, organization strategies, and working methodology
Report all non-conformance discoveries to the Foreman.
Review the site where the lifting task is to be completed and guarantee the region is satisfactorily ready for the crane
Perform and help with all apparatus studies where cranes will be used
All Crane administrators will help with apparatus fill in as required.
All crane administrators will be in control of the right code and substantial forklift working permit

THE IDEAL APPLICANT OUGHT TO HAVE:
Grade 12 (Maths and Science)/N3 capability
