We’re looking for experienced Insurance Customer Service Agents to join our high-performing inbound contact centre team. If you’re confident, customer-focused, and ready to work across exciting insurance campaigns — we want to hear from you!
📞 YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE
You will be the first point of contact for customers across our inbound insurance campaigns
You’ll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound customer queries with professionalism and care
- Explaining insurance products clearly and accurately
- Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Delivering excellent customer experiences on every call
- Working in line with strict compliance and quality standards
✅ YOU MUST HAVE
- Matric (Grade 12) – NON-NEGOTIABLE
- Minimum 1 year LOCAL contact centre Customer Service experience
- Insurance experience is ESSENTIAL
- A Valid DOFA date
- Clear criminal record – NO EXCEPTIONS
- Strong communication skills (clear, confident, and professional)
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
