The form must be signed and dated by the applicant, and it must be sent with only a detailed CV that lists all of the applicant’s training, qualifications, skills, knowledge, and experience.
Certified copies of qualifications and other relevant documents should not be older than six months on or before the day of the interview, and only those candidates who are still in the running will have to give them.
If you don’t follow the instructions above, your application will be thrown out.
Those who want to apply for more than one position must send a separate form Z83 and the other documents listed above for each position they want.
If a person wants to pull their application, they must do so in writing.
If someone sends in an application for more than one job on the same application form, the application will only be considered for the first job listed on the application and not for any of the other jobs.
Photocopies or faxed copies of application documents will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Personnel Suitability Checks, such as criminal record, citizenship, and financial/asset record checks, as well as qualification and employment verification, will be done on the successful candidates. Those who are chosen will also have to go through security clearance processes.
Applicants who don’t hear back or get confirmation three (three) months after the deadline should think their application was unsuccessful.

A minimum requirements of Grade 10 or any relevant equivalent certificate
Special requirements (skills needed):
Skills essential to basic planning and organization.
Have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, have strong communication skills, and be literate at a minimum.
Control the machinery and apparatus used for cleaning.
Ensure that the restrooms and other facilities in the office are cleaned to a very high standard.
Make sure that general hygiene is maintained every day by cleaning the floors, washing the floors, scrubbing and polishing the floors, windows, walls, carpets, and furniture, vacuuming the carpets, and removing garbage from the garbage can.
Utilization of cleaning equipment in an efficient manner to assist in the performance of the aforementioned duties and tasks It has been decided that cleaners will be used either in the offices or in the mess.

The equivalent of at least Grades 3-9 or ABET Levels 1-4.
Special requirements (Skills needed):
Capability to communicate (verbally) in English in an effective manner.
Literacy, numeracy, the ability to organize oneself and others, basic interpersonal relationships, the ability to use computers, and basic interpersonal skills.
Required to possess a valid South African Code 8 (EB) driving license that has no restrictions at all (zero).
RESPONSABILITIES It is anticipated that the successful candidate will be responsible for the following responsibilities:
Collect and deliver mail, packages, submissions, and files to and from addresses that have been pre-identified 37 in advance.
Transport and retrieve files and other documents from within the directorate.
Documents and articles should be disseminated and collected all within the directorate or unit.
Keep the register of iro documents that have been delivered and received up to date and in good condition.
Transport can be accomplished on foot, by bicycle, or in a motor vehicle to reach delivery destinations.
Provide occasional assistance in the carrying out of the filing responsibilities associated with the registry office.
Contribute to the performance of functions within the registry environment.
Maintain a log of the files, documents, and letters that have been sent and received.
