Finance Graduate Intern

About this role

GrowthArch, based in Johannesburg, is running a graduate internship programme. It is built for unemployed graduates who want practical workplace experience and professional growth in a busy business setting.

You will work alongside experienced staff and get mentoring while you help with the company’s business goals.

What you’ll do

• Build your workplace skills and professional habits.
• Help coordinate projects and handle admin tasks.
• Do research and analyse data.
• Take part in client and stakeholder contact.
• Support business process improvement projects.
• Learn about compliance, governance, reporting and documentation.
• Work with digital systems and technology platforms.
• Complete industry projects linked to your field of study.

What you need

• South African citizenship.
• A bachelor’s degree, BTech, Honours or an equivalent qualification in the relevant field.
• You must be unemployed and free for the full length of the programme.
• You must not have done a similar graduate internship for more than 12 months before.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• A real willingness to learn and grow professionally.

Helpful strengths: attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, time management, initiative and adaptability, and the ability to work both alone and in a team.
