About this role

Caxton & CTP Publishers and Printers Limited, through its CTP Western Cape packaging and printing divisions, is offering a graduate programme in Cape Town. It is a work experience opportunity for recent graduates who want to build practical skills in a large business.

What you’ll do

• Work alongside experienced professionals and apply what you learned at university to real projects.
• Rotate through different departments to see how the business runs.
• Take part in tailored training sessions to build your skills.
• Meet industry experts, mentors and fellow graduates and grow your professional network.
• Get involved in the day-to-day running of the business and take on new challenges.
• Contribute to projects and help the team deliver them.

What you need

• A BCom (General) or BCom (Cost or Management Accounting) degree from a recognised institution.
• You must have graduated in 2026 or be graduating in 2026. Earlier or later graduation does not qualify.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good teamwork skills.
• Living in Cape Town, or moving there by January 2027.
• Being proactive and innovative, and keen to learn.

Is this job for you?

This programme suits you if you are finishing a BCom this year and want your first work experience. You should be ready to take on challenges and get stuck into real work. You should also be able to relocate to Cape Town if you do not live there yet.
