Experience

5 years operational experience as a HC Generalist (Essential)
2 years operational experience as a Skills Development Facilitator (Merseta Related)
Computer Literacy

Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date Human Capital data and records for Head Office.

Reconcile timekeeping records and ensure accuracy.

Manage onboarding and offboarding processes from start to finish.

Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to placement.

Develop job profiles and conduct job grading exercises.

Represent HR during disciplinary enquiries.

Consolidate and prepare HR reports as required.

Maintain and update Head Office organograms.

Provide guidance and advice to managers on employee-related matters.

Review, update, and maintain HR policies and procedures.

Manage payroll reconciliations, reporting, and administration.

Provide assistance and guidance on employee benefits.

Administer training programmes, prepare materials, and conduct presentations.

Maintain Human Capital systems and ensure employees are trained on their use.

Conduct branch visits as required, including locations across Africa.
