Description of the Job

A fantastic Learnership opportunity is currently being offered by Rewardsco to thirty individuals who are currently without employment in order to acquire a qualification in General Management.

All individuals who have graduated or matriculated within the past two years and have not gained any work experience during this time period are eligible to apply for this opportunity.

The allocations will be made on a first come, first served basis because there is a limited amount of space available.
Learnership terms are for a period of one year.

Regarding the Learnership: When it comes to management, generic management encompasses five different domains:
Leadership, Managing The Environment, Managing Relations, Managing Knowledge & The Practice of Management.

By addressing each of these domains with generic competencies, this qualification makes it possible for learning programs to be contextualized for particular industries and sectors.
Learners are given the opportunity to transfer between different management specializations through learning opportunities provided by this.

In addition, the purpose of this qualification is to equip learners with the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values necessary to operate with self-assurance as individuals within South African communities, as well as to respond to the challenging economic environment and the constantly changing world of work.

This Learnership, which is entirely funded by Rewardsco, gives individuals who are currently without work the opportunity to acquire a qualification that is fully accredited at NO COST to themselves.

The individuals who are chosen will be assigned to work in the Customer Operations Department area.

An Overview of the Job:

In order to fulfill their primary responsibilities, Customer Care Consultants are expected to handle customer complaints, process orders, provide information about a company’s products and services, and resolve any questions that may arise.


Matriculated or have an equivalent acquisition of a qualification within the past two years
Without gaining any work experience
Good listening skills and excellent telephone etiquette are both essential.
Having excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, is required.
Attention to the customer and the capacity to adjust to and respond to a variety of different types of customers
Must have a valid identification card and a clean criminal record
Should not be participating in any other learnership program or currently enrolled in school

Take note that this class requires you to be determined, committed, and dedicated to the subject matter.
It is possible that you will be required to work outside of normal business hours in order to complete the assignments that are included in your portfolio of evidence.
Individuals who are serious about acquiring a better understanding of Generic Management, who are willing to put in the effort to build a career, and who will finish the entire year are the only ones who should apply for this position.
