Logistic Outbound Supervisor

About this role

Epsidon Technology Holdings is looking for a Logistic Outbound Supervisor based in Pretoria, Gauteng. You will oversee the outbound and reverse logistics areas, making sure customers get a good experience from order to delivery.

What you’ll do

• Check daily that all orders are processed and invoiced, and dispatch and deliver them on time under the customer delivery policy.
• Manage Takealot and Amazon delivery and collection bookings, and report unprocessed orders to the Sales Department.
• Track and resolve problem parcels with courier partners, and handle returns of cancelled and failed deliveries.
• Prepare export estimates, arrange shipments and complete export documents, uploading them to Acumatica.
• Handle customer queries and complaints quickly and professionally.
• Manage courier and delivery partners, including selection, evaluation and relationships, and prepare monthly courier and truck rental expense reports.
• Supervise the collection room, pickers, packers and drivers, including feedback, training and team meetings.
• Keep stock, invoices, picking lists, proof of delivery records, fleet servicing and month-end reporting in order.

What you need

• Experience in outbound logistics, warehousing or dispatch, with a supervisory role.
• Experience with Acumatica or a similar ERP system.
• Knowledge of export documentation and courier management.
• Strong reporting and record-keeping skills, with attention to detail and month-end deadlines.
• Good people management skills, including leading a team and running KPI reviews.
• Knowledge of workplace health, safety and security requirements.
