Requirements :

  • Grade 10 (Standard 8). Willingness to rotate within the unit. Reliable and responsible with a strong work ethic. Physically fit and able to perform strenuous duties. Good interpersonal and relationship skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.

Duties :

  • Movement of mental health care users (MHCUs) clinical files from OPD and Ward 1 to the Pharmacy section for medicine collection. Movement of clinical files from Patient administration to OPD clinics. Movement of files to and from the Auditorium, OPD clinic, central admissions, case manager’s office and the archives. Movement of walk-inn users’ clinical files from central admissions to pharmacy and to OPD. Submitting of MHCA forms / documents to and from Patient administration, matron’s office and clinical manager’s office. Collecting and delivering documents / mail twice a day to and from various sections. Collect and submit official documents as requested internally and externally. Perform any other duties as reasonably delegated by the supervisor within the scope of the post.
