Job Advert Summary
Clover is recruiting for 2 Operators. The main responsibility of these positions are to operate specific machinery in the production process at the Bloemfontein Production facility. The responsibilities of the position include:

Operate equipment
Ensure quality assurance
Conduct end of run tasks

Requirements

• Grade 12 or relevant qualification
• Regular handling of light to medium loads
• Medical examination: Hearing and Physical
• Must be prepared to work Shifts/Weekend/Public Holidays
• Relevant experience will be advantageous
• Good numerical skills
• Ability to work under pressure

Duties and Responsibilities
Operate equipment

• Operate specific machinery according to standard operating procedure (SOP)
• Ensure achievement of yield
• Ensure achievement of volumes / actual vs plan
• Capture data (Control sheets)
• Ensure sufficient packaging material
• Assist maintenance with daily, weekly and monthly maintenance
• Conduct first line maintenance
• Maintain logbooks

Ensure quality assurance

• Monitor critical parameters and ensure integrity of the product
• Conduct first-line inspections

Conduct end of run tasks

• Do housekeeping
• Conduct cleaning in place (CIP) and prepare equipment for sanitation and production
