PEP Home Store Manager x3

PEPHome is seeking the services of 3 store managers in the following areas:

• Jeffreys Bay
• KwaMashu
• Richards bay Junction

Qualification:

• Matric Certificate
• Speaks and can write in English.
• Degree/diploma in business/retail is advantageous.
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience within a similar role or role of leadership.
• Knowledge of MS products and usage of emails/Computer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage stock, promotions, customer service and incrementing store value/standard.
• Mitigate/Reduce loss of profits and stock, while finance handling protocols
• Implementing security measures.
• Manage cost according to the company low cost culture by driving efficiencies in the store.
• Ensure administrative duties within the store are done according to the company guidelines.
• Manage and develop training,maintaining and housekeeping
