As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Raw Material Dispenser at our RCL FOODS BEVERAGES operating unit.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Request and receive all raw material from Stores
- Complete and record all records and proper label all raw material
- Weigh raw material according to recipe and in compliance with relevant SOP’s
- Correct storage of material in Dispense Room
- Ensure good housekeeping
- Attend and participate in all relevant company safety programs
- Maintain workplace safety and follow established safety guidelines
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices this would include wearing required PPE in designated areas, confined space safety, safe chemical handling and fall restraints
- Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately
- Utilizing continuous improvement mind-set, assist in identifying opportunities to improve process
- Work shifts as required
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12/ NQF 4 equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 year manufacturing experience.
Knowledge
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Storage area control
- Safety Health and Environmental aspects
- Cycle counting and reconciliation
- Stock rotation (FIFO)
