  • Route Planning & Scheduling
  • Recall Collection Planning / Scheduling / Meeting Deadline
  • Pool Vehicles and Trucks Maintenance and Service Management
  • Overtime Control
  • New Store Orders
  • Office Stationary Orders

  • Asset Management
  • Nationwide till Roll Orders
  • Vehicle Tracking
  • Plastic Bag IBT’s
  • Accommodation Resourcing and Bookings
  • Daily Correspondence – All Departments
  • Invoice Processing & Submission

  • Petty Cash
  • Daily Admin
  • Overseeing Admin Team / Drivers
  • Maintaining Office Standards / Housekeeping
  • Proficient in: Excel, Word, Sage
